It’s a perfect fit for travel booking sites like Expedia and Kayak to add a conversational AI tool to help users manage the often stressful and time-consuming task of organizing a vacation. Biometric security checks at airports, contactless check-in at hotels, and faster and more convenient online bookings are just a few examples.
